Bob and Casey are the best. Bought a Bintelli Cart street ready. Bob gave great price and even picked up plate for me following week. Cart developed a bad cell in one of the batteries and they addressed the problem immediately and communications was excellent. In the process I inquired about change the lead acid to Lithium pack and Bob said he would do it at cost as he figured I would like the no-mess, 3500 life cycles and 5 year battery warranty etc. I switched to the lithium instead of replacing the lead acid battery ( cart was 3 months old and this battery work was under warranty ) The difference is amazing -The cart has way more range, more snappy performance as it weights 400 pounds less. Should have brought the lithiums originally.Thanks Bob, Casey and staff for a most excellent service experience. I have nothing but A+++ rating for this business.
